Soil Exposure: Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicates acceptable cancer risk, 3.6 x 10-9. Primary soil contaminants are the pesticides DDT (0.0065 mg/kg max.). An unacceptable non-cancer risk, Hazard Index=1.02, was also reported. The principle compounds responsible for non-cancer risk include: aluminum (14,900 mg/kg max.), lead (65.4 mg/kg max.), manganese (541 mg/kg max.), and nickel (59.2 mg/kg max.).
No groundwater samples were collected from this parcel during the EBS sampling program.
Soil Exposure: Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicates an unacceptable cancer risk of 2.7 x 10-3. The prinicple contaminants include benzo(a)pyrene (130 mg/kg max.), other polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, and beryllium (1.5 mg/kg max.) Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicated an unacceptable non-cancer risk, hazard index=7.14, for soil exposure. This risk was principally due to the non-carcinogenic polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons including pyrene and anthracene. A subsequent Tier 2 Risk Screen indicated the following:
Groundwater Exposure: Gasoline (1,300 µg/L max in groundwater) is found in samples from this parcel. Petroleum products were not included in the Risk Screen.
Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicated an acceptable non-cancer risk, hazard index=0.099, for groundwater exposure. Pyrene (16 µg/L max) in groundwater was largely responsible for this risk

Acceptable non-cancer risk, Hazard Index=0.268, for soil exposure. Primary soil contaminant is thallium (3.1 mg/kg max.). A subsequent Tier 2 Risk Screen indicated the following:
- Residential Cancer Risk - 3.4 x 10-6 primarily due to benzo(a)pyrene (0.036 mg/kg max).
Groundwater Exposure: Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicated an unacceptable cancer risk of 3.6 x 10-4 for groundwater exposure. Primary groundwater contaminant is arsenic (15.9 µg/L max.). Unacceptable non-cancer risk, Hazard Index=7.9, from groundwater exposure. Primary contaminants are aluminum (45,800 µg/L max.), arsenic, and lead (15 µg/L max.). A subsequent Tier 2 Risk Screen indicated the following:
- Residential Cancer Risk - 2.8 x 10-4 primarily due to arsenic.
- Residential Hazard Index - 4.2 primarily due to arsenic and aluminum .
Soil Exposure: Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicated an unacceptable cancer risk of 2.1 x 10-6 for soil exposure. The primary contaminants are PCBs (0.051 mg/kg max.) and benzo(a)pyrene (0.064 mg/kg).
No groundwater samples were collected from this parcel during the EBS sampling program.

- Residential Cancer Risk - 1.1 x 10-6 primarily due to incidental soil ingestion and dermal contact with soil. Primary soil contaminant is n-nitroso di-n-propylamine.
- Residential Non-cancer Risk - Hazard Index=0.34 primarily due to incidental soil ingestion and dermal contact with soil. Primary soil contaminant is thallium.
- Occupational Cancer Risk - 3.0 x 10-7, Non-cancer Risk , Hazard Index=0.018
Groundwater Exposure: Gasoline (130,000 µg/L max) and Diesel Fuel (5,800 µg/L max) are found in samples from this parcel. Petroleum products were not included in the Risk Screen. Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicates unacceptable cancer risk, 1.5 x 10-2 from groundwater exposure. Primary groundwater contaminant is benzene (5,600 µg/L max.). Non-cancer Risk, Hazard Index=543, for groundwater exposure. Principle contaminants include: benzene, 1,2-dichloroethylene (89 µg/L max), and toluene (1,600 µg/L max). A subsequent Tier 2 Risk Screen indicated the following:
- Residential Cancer Risk - 4.0 x 10-2 primarily due to inhalation of groundwater. Primary groundwaer contaminant is benzene.
- Residential Non-cancer Risk - Hazard Index=450 primarily due to inhalation of groundwater. Primary groundwater contaminant is benzene.

- Residential Non-cancer Risk - Hazard Index=0.49 primarily due to incidental soil ingestion and dermal contact with soil. Primary soil contaminant is thallium.
- Occupational Cancer Risk - 2.8 x 10-9, Non-cancer Risk, Hazard Index=0.025
Groundwater Exposure: Diesel Fuel (100 µg/L max) is found in samples from this parcel. Petroleum products were not included in the Risk Screen. Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicates unacceptable cancer risk, 7.7 x 10-4 from groundwater exposure. Primary groundwater contaminants are arsenic (33.8 µg/L max.) and beryllium (4.2 µg/L max.). Non-cancer Risk, Hazard Index=32, for groundwater exposure. Principle contaminants include: lead (99.8 µg/L max), aluminum (197,000 µg/L max), arsenic, manganese (4,450 µg/L max), nickel (1,210 µg/L max), and vanadium (594 µg/L max). A subsequent Tier 2 Risk Screen indicated the following:
- Residential Cancer Risk - 4.0 x 10-2 primarily due to ingestion. Primary groundwater contaminants are arsenic and beryllium.
- Residential Non-cancer Risk - Hazard Index=13 primarily due to ingestion of groundwater.
- Blood Lead Level - Groundwater screening shows acceptable blood lead level of 10 µg/L exceeded in 2 percent of adults and over 10 percent of children.

Primary soil contaminant is benzo(a)pyrene (0.24 mg/kg max.) and other polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons. Non-cancer risk, Hazard Index=0.576, for soil exposure. Principle contaminant is thallium (5.0 mg/kg max.). A subsequent Tier 2 Risk Screen indicated the following:
- Residential Cancer Risk - 2.1 x 10-5 primarily due to incidental soil ingestion and dermal contact with soil. Primary soil contaminant is benzo(a)pyrene.
- Residential Non-cancer Risk - Hazard Index=0.55 primarily due to incidental ingestion and dermal contact with soil. Primary soil contaminant is thallium.
- Occupational Cancer Risk - 7.6 x 10-5, inhalation risk from trichloroethylene (0.009 mg/kg max in soil) and tetrachloroethylene (0.031 mg/kg max in soil) Non-cancer Risk , Hazard Index=0.029
Groundwater Exposure: Gasoline (410 µg/L max.) and Diesel Fuel (2,800 µg/L max) are found in samples from this parcel. Petroleum products were not included in the Risk Screen. Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicates unacceptable cancer risk, 1.4 x 10-3 from groundwater exposure. Primary groundwater contaminants are arsenic (15.3 µg/L max.) and beryllium (17.8 µg/L max.). Non-cancer Risk, Hazard Index=109, for groundwater exposure. Principle contaminants include: lead (277 µg/L max), and aluminum (638,000 µg/L max). A subsequent Tier 2 Risk Screen indicated the following:
- Residential Cancer Risk - 1.1 x 10-3 primarily due to ingestion. Primary groundwater contaminants are arsenic and beryllium.
- Residential Non-cancer Risk - Hazard Index=44 primarily due to ingestion.
- Blood Lead Level - Groundwater screening shows acceptable blood lead level of 10 µg/L exceeded in all adults and children.

Groundwater Exposure: Gasoline (60 µg/L max.) and diesel fuel (140 µg/L max.) are found in soil and groundwater samples at this parcel. Petroleum products were not included in the Risk Screen.
Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen also found an unacceptable risk of 2.1 x 10-6 for exposure to groundwater. The chlorinated solvent trichloroethylene (2.0 µg/L max.) was the primary contaminant.
Soil Exposure: Diesel fuel (3.1 mg/kg max. in soil) is found in samples from this parcel. Petroleum products were not included in the Risk Screen.
Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicated an accepatable cancer risk of 3.2 x 10-9. The primary contaminants are bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (0.1 mg/kg max.). Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen also found an acceptable non-cancer risk, Hazard Index=0.000. Primary soil contaminants bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate and diethylphthalate (0.3 mg/kg max.).
