Soil Exposure: Two surface soil samples were collected from this parcel and screened for petroleum hydrocarbons. Two subsurface soil samples were collected and screened for petroleum hydrocarbons and XRF metals. Subsurface samples were also analyzed for tri-butyl tin and semi-volatile organic compounds. Results of screening showed motor oil (360 mg/kg max.), nickel (27 mg/kfg max.) and zinc (28 mg/kg max.). No Risk Screen was performed.
No groundwater samples were collected from this parcel during the EBS sampling program.

Soil Exposure: Diesel Fuel (2.0 mg/kg max. in soil) was found in samples from this parcel. Petroleum products were not evaluated during the risk screen. Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicates acceptable cancer risk, 3.9 x 10-7. Primary soil contaminants are chromium (55.1 mg/kg max.) and PCBs (0.015 mg/kg max.). The Non-cancer risk, Hazard Index=0.96, borders on unacceptable. The metals nickel (60.7 mg/kg max.) and thallium (5.5 mg/kg max.) are responsible for the non-cancer risk.
No groundwater samples were collected from this parcel during the EBS sampling program.

Soil Exposure: Gasoline (750 mg/kg max) and Diesel Fuel (850 mg/kg max.) are found in samples from this parcel. Petroleum products were not included in the Risk Screen.
Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicates unacceptable cancer risk, 9.5 x 10-6. The primarily soil contaminants are beryllium (1.9 mg/kg max.) and benzo(a)pyrene (0.21 mg/kg max.). Tier 1 Risk Screen indicates borderline non-cancer risk, Hazard Index=0.975. The primarily contaminant is thallium (3.4 mg/kg max.). A subsequent Tier 2 Risk Screen indicated the following:
- Residential Risk - 2.5 x 10-5 primarily due to incidental soil ingestion and dermal contact with soil. Primary soil contaminant are beryllium and benzo(a)pyrene .
- Non-cancer Risk- Hazard Index=0.64.
Groundwater Exposure: Gasoline (160 µg/L max.) and Diesel Fuel (110 µg/L max.) are found in soil and groundwater samples at this parcel. Petroleum products were not included in the Risk Screen.
Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicates unacceptable cancer risk, 2.1 x 10-3, from groundwater exposure. The primarily contaminants are benzo(a)pyrene (3 µg/L max.), and trichloroethylene (150 µg/L max.). Tier 1 Risk Screen indicates unacceptable non-cancer risk, Hazard Index=1.7 for groundwater exposure. The principal contaminants are trichloroethylene and 1,2-dichloroethylene (83 µg/L max.). A subsequent Tier 2 Risk Screen indicated the following:
- Residential risk - 5.3 x 10-4 primarily due to benzo(a)pyrene and other polynuclear aromatic hydorcarbons.
