Parcel P201

BRAC3 No Cleanup Proposed
Soil Exposure: Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicates acceptable cancer risk, 1.5 x 10-9 from soil exposure. Primary soil contaminant is bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (0.048 mg/kg max.). The Tier 1 Risk Screen indicates an acceptable non-cancer risk, Hazard Index=0.16, from soil exposure. The primary contaminants responsible for the non-cancer included cadmium (4.1 mg/kg max.), and mercury (0.60 mg/kg max.).

No groundwater samples were collected from this parcel during the EBS sampling program.

Parcel P202

BRAC3 No Cleanup Proposed
Soil Exposure: Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicates acceptable cancer risk, 8.2 x 10-10 from soil exposure. Primary soil contaminant is bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (0.026 mg/kg max.).

No groundwater samples were collected from this parcel during the EBS sampling program.

Parcel P203

BRAC3 No Cleanup Proposed
Soil Exposure: Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicates acceptable cancer risk, 8.9 x 10-7 from soil exposure. Primary soil contaminants are DDT (0.7 mg/kg max.) and chlordane (0.095 mg/kg total).

No groundwater samples were collected from this parcel during the EBS sampling program.

Parcel 204

BRAC1 No Evidence of Spill
No soil or groundwater samples were collected from this parcel during the EBS sampling program.

Parcel 205

BRAC3 No Cleanup Proposed
  • Zone Z04
  • Building B507, B508, B523, B605
  • GAP73, GAP79
Soil Exposure: Diesel Fuel (68 mg/kg max. in soil) are found in samples from this parcel. Petroleum products were not included in the Risk Screen.

Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicated an accepatable non-cancer risk, Hazard Index=0.222, for soil exposure. The primary contaminant is thallium (1.2 mg/kg max.).

No groundwater samples were collected from this parcel during the EBS sampling program.

Parcel 206

BRAC3 No Cleanup Proposed
Soil Exposure: Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicated an unaccepatable cancer risk of 2.0 x 10-6 for soil exposure. The primary contaminants are benzo(a)pyrene (0.088 mg/kg max.).

No groundwater samples were collected from this parcel during the EBS sampling program.

Parcel P207

BRAC1 No Evidence of Spill
No soil or groundwater samples were collected from this parcel during the EBS sampling program.

Parcel P208

BRAC3 No Cleanup Proposed
Soil Exposure: Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicated an unaccepatable cancer risk of 2.7 x 10-5 for soil exposure. The primary contaminants are benzo(a)pyrene (0.98 mg/kg max.) and beryllium (0.0013 mg/kg max.). Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicated an accepatable non-cancer risk, Hazard Index=0.16, for soil exposure. Primary contaminant is manganese (400 mg/kg max.).

Parcel P209

BRAC1No Evidence of Spill
No soil or groundwater samples were collected from this parcel during the EBS sampling program.

Parcel P210

BRAC6 Cleanup Required
No soil or groundwater samples were collected from this parcel during the EBS sampling program.

Parcel P211

BRAC6 Cleanup Required
Soil Exposure: Gasoline (2,500,000 mg/kg (sic) max.) and Diesel Fuel (9,060 mg/kg max.) are found in samples from this parcel. Petroleum products were not included in the Risk Screen.

Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicates unacceptable cancer risk, 1.2 x 10-6 from soil exposure. Primary soil contaminants are 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane (0.93 mg/kg max.) and benzo(a)pyrene (0.038 mg/kg max.). Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen also indicates acceptable non-cancer risk, Hazard Index=0.354, for soil exposure. Primary soil risk drivers lead (20.5 mg/kg max.) and naphthalene (33 mg/kg max.). A subsequent Tier 2 Risk Screen indicated the following:

Groundwater Exposure: Gasoline (4,800 µg/L max.) and Diesel Fuel (14,000 µg/L max.) are found in samples from this parcel. Petroleum products were not included in the Risk Screen.

Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen indicates unacceptable cancer risk, 1.4 x 10-4 from groundwater exposure. Primary groundwater contaminants are benzene (67 µg/L max.) and chloroform (3 µg/L max.). Residential Tier 1 Risk Screen also indicates acceptable non-cancer risk, Hazard Index=13.6, for groundwater exposure. Primary groundwater risk drivers include benzene and naphthalene (280 µg/L max.). A subsequent Tier 2 Risk Screen indicated the following:
